Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, launching a workspace or otherwise using the services provided by Opsylo Technologies Inc. (“Opsylo”, “we”, “us”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Subscriptions, modules and trials

Opsylo is sold per module. A new workspace begins with a 14-day evaluation trial that requires no payment details. When the trial ends, paid modules need an active subscription; the workspace and its data remain, and modules can be re-enabled at any time.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each term until cancelled before the renewal date.
• Upgrading mid-term earns a proration credit for the unused part of a paid term. A trial has nothing to credit back and does not earn one.
• Plans carry limits — seats, companies, and monthly message allowances. The limits that apply to your plan are shown in your workspace under Plan & Billing.
• Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Your data

You retain all right, title and interest in your business data — customers, jobs, documents, financial records and files (“Tenant Content”). We process it to provide the service and for no other purpose. We do not sell it, and we do not analyse it to target advertising.

Every request is scoped to your workspace before it reaches the database, and deletions are soft: records are flagged, timestamped and attributed rather than destroyed, so an accidental deletion is recoverable and remains visible in the audit trail. Our security page sets out exactly which isolation controls are enforcing today.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt access to another tenant’s data, probe or circumvent authentication, exceed the rate limits applied to your plan, resell access without agreement, or use the AI features to generate unlawful material. Rate limits are enforced automatically; deliberate abuse may lead to suspension, with notice wherever the circumstances allow it.

5. AI features

The assistant answers from your workspace’s own records and from published product information. It is instructed and programmatically checked not to state a figure it has not retrieved. It is still software: check anything you are about to act on, particularly a number you intend to file or pay.

AI usage is metered and your remaining allowance is shown on screen while you use it. Requests may be processed by third-party model providers; no provider is given your data for training.

6. Availability and liability

We operate the service with reasonable skill and care and publish live component health at /status. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime percentage; where one is required, it is agreed in writing as part of an enterprise arrangement rather than asserted here.

To the extent permitted by law, Opsylo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel at any time from Plan & Billing, or by writing to support@opsylo.com. Access continues to the end of the paid term. Refunds are governed by our cancellation and refund policy. You can export your data at any point while the workspace is active.

8. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra. Questions about these Terms go to support@opsylo.com; the grievance officer’s details are on our privacy policy.
