About Opsylo

Eight tools, four logins, one spreadsheet holding it together.

That is what most growing Indian businesses run on. Opsylo is the alternative: one system you assemble from 32 modules, on a single database, with the books underneath it from the first invoice.

The problem

Your data lives in the gaps between your tools.

CRM in one product, invoicing in another, stock in a third, and the accounts in a desktop package somebody exports to on Fridays. Every join between them is a person doing it by hand, every report is a stale copy, and no assistant can answer a question that spans two of them because nothing has all the facts.

What we built instead

One relational system you assemble yourself.

Every customer, job, invoice, asset and ledger entry sits in one PostgreSQL database behind one set of Zod contracts shared by the server, the web app and the SDK — so a field cannot mean one thing in the API and another on screen. Add a module and it joins the same tables, the same search, the same permissions.

How we build

Four principles, and we are held to them

Buy the part you need

Modules are priced individually from ₹399/month and switch on inside the same workspace. Growing into manufacturing or payroll is a toggle, not a migration and not a second vendor.

One spine, not an integration

Search, automations, approvals, custom fields, the audit chain and the ledger are built once and shared. That is why an invoice raised in the field posts to the same books your accountant closes.

India first, and specific about it

Place of supply, e-Invoice, e-Way, GSTR-1/3B/2B, TDS quarterly returns and Form 16 are modelled properly rather than bolted on — including saying exactly where our part ends and a government utility's begins.

It says what it did

Deletes are soft, mutations are hash-chained, and when something is recorded but not delivered — an email with no provider configured, an e-Invoice with no GSP credential — the screen says so instead of showing a green tick.

Try it before you talk to anyone.

No demo request, no sales call — a private workspace with sample data.
