Delivery Policy

1. There is nothing to ship

Opsylo, operated by Opsylo Technologies Inc., is software delivered over the internet. There is no physical product, no courier, no packaging and no delivery address. Nothing will ever arrive at your door, and no freight, handling or shipping charge exists on any Opsylo invoice.

2. How access is delivered

Access is granted in the browser that completed the purchase, as soon as the payment is authorised:

• Workspace. Your tenant is created and you are signed straight into it — instant cloud workspace activation (under 60 seconds).
• Modules. Purchased modules appear in the navigation immediately. There is nothing to install, download, license or activate by key.
• Seats. Team members you invite receive access as soon as they accept.
• Confirmation. A receipt and workspace link are also sent to your registered email address. Your access does not depend on that email arriving — it is a copy, not the delivery.

3. Documents you generate

Tax invoices, quotations, payslips, Form 16s and reports you produce inside Opsylo are delivered as PDFs — downloaded directly in the app, or emailed to your own customers from it. Where a message cannot actually be delivered because no provider is configured for that channel, the product records it against the customer and tells you plainly that it was not sent, rather than showing a tick it has not earned.
